1) Altitude tests (upto 25000 ft)

2) Low and high temperature operation(-25 to +55 C for upto 24 hours) and storage test(-4 to 40C for upto 72 hours)

3) Rain and humidity test (12 to 100 LPM, 20 to 98% RH)

4) EMI / EMC tests for UAS

5) Power supply variation tests(upto 100 AH)

6) Safety tests / Conformity tests including cyber security (No­ Permission-No Takeoff (NPNT), collision / bump, anticollision, Return-to-Home (RTH))

7) High voltage tests ( upto 200V spike)

8) High accelerated life test (HALT) and High accelerated stress screen (HASS) tests (-100° C to +200° C with change in temperature of max 70 deg C per minute)
List-B (for UAS of upto 400 kg)
1) Payload tests for HD cameras, sensors, Radars, LIDAR, etc.

3) Wind tunnel tests of aerodynamic structures to support UAS (scaled or unscalled) upto 1.8mx1.2m x 2m. Testing in gusts should also be possible

4) Unmanned traffic management(UTM) tests

5) Weapon integration tests

6) Autopilot and flight control systems

7) Leakage current test with a resolution of o .01 mA

8) Ground control systems

9) Command and control Link supporting BERT 12.5 GBps, 9 KHZ to 13 GHZ

10) Insulation resistance tests upto 10 TOhms

11) Ground continuity tests (50 m ohm to 1500 ohm and 0.5 mA to 35A)

12) Material tests including compound, crack, hardness, insulation, conductivity, resistivity [0.5 to 1 KN(electro-mech) and 5-10, 100 KN (servo hydraulic)]

13) Non-destructive tests (NDT) including liquid penetrant, ultrasound, digital X-ray, computer tomography and laser test

15) Actuation system tests(for linear, rotary actuators of both electric and hydraulic)

16) Engine, motor and rotor tests(upto 100 HP engines)

17) Battery tests (max continuous discharge 1.5V: 6oW, 3V: SoW, 6V: 120W. 9V & up: 150W)

18) Shock and vibration tests for UAS(sine force peak of 600 kgf, random force rms of 450 kgt)
